Packaging Workflow of Glass Screen Protector
In Hard Plastic Case
1、Pack each piece of screen protector and accessory kit in hard plastic case.
2、Wrap 5 packs with bubble bag
3、Pack into cartons, and the total is 200 pcs.
In Bulk
1、Pack each piece of screen protector with plastic sleeve
2、Pack 25 pcs of screen protectors (each piece with plastic sleeve) in a plastic bag
3、Wrap 2 packs (1 pack = 25 pcs) with bubble bag
4、Pack into cartons, 1,000 pcs each side as the picture below and the total is 2,000 pcs

Packaging Workflow of PET Screen Protector
In Bag
1、Pack each piece of screen protector and accessory kit with bag
2、Wrap 10 packs with rubber band.
3、Pack into cartons, and the total is 180 pcs.
In Bulk
1、Pack 100 pcs of screen protectors with a plastic bag (NO plastic sleeve)
2、Pack into carton as the picture below and the total is 1,000 pcs (10 packs per carton).
Bigger carton is available (46 x 32 x 27 cm) for more quantities (4,000 – 4,200 pcs).
